3-INGREDIENT TERIYAKI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb chicken thighs skinless, boneless

  • ½ cup soy sauce low sodium

  • 2 tbsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into chunks and add them to the frying pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side until the chicken is fully cooked.

  2. Add in the soy sauce and honey. Stir and bring to boil.

  3. Cook until the sauce coats the chicken. You might need to add a tiny bit of cornstarch if the sauce doesn't thoroughly coat the chicken.

  4. Pair with rice or eat on it's own!
